Done, Stephen

Stephen Done grew up on the outskirts of Scarborough. When his childhood ambition to drive steam engines was scuppered he settled for writing about them instead, becoming known for his Inspector Vignoles Mysteries. He works full time as a museum curator at Bristol Industrial Museum, Cyfarthfa Castle Museum, and looking after the Liverpool Football Club Museum since 1998. In his spare time he likes real ale, bird watching, reading and collecting books and music.
